Dear System Administrators and SDH's !
It is requested to install the Antivirus in all the Post Offices attached to you and
send your Compliance report to this Office by 13-10-2014 duly updating the same
in Google Spread Sheet available in the link below. It is also to be ensured that no Post Office
that has migrated to SIFY Network should possess BSNL Broadband connectivity as
it is resulting in double payment for network connectivity, one to the local Broadband
service provider and the other to the M/s SIFY. Hence, any such offices may
soon be directed to disconnect the same by writing to their corresponding SDE
(CSE), Customer Service Centre, BSNL for disconnection of BSNL Broadband
connection.
All the SDHs in Nalgonda Division are requested to ensure that all Broadband connections of the Post Offices under their
jurisdiction are surrendered immediately.
